There's always a frame border, even when i don't specify it in the html.
For example, in my homepage(http://132.248.11.4/~kaos), there's always
a frame border in mozilla, but in netscape 4.6 and ie, it doesn't appear,

WORKS CORRECTLY ON:
Windows NT 4.0sp3, mozilla.exe, 1999-10-17-08-M11 build.
No border shows on frame.
Changing component to "HTMLFrames" from "ActiveX Wrapper"
The original report was probably for a Windows OS, but it may have been Mac.
kaos@jlagunez.iquimica.unam.mx, can you say what it was, and also what build
you were using?
See bug 16719 for a possible reason why this question has arisen.

Using today's Linux build, this page looks great to me, no frameset border is
drawn. If you are noticing extra scrollbars, then you are noticing bug 14827.
Since I am not seeing any frame border on this page, I'm closing this bug as
invalid.
Please reopen and specify which build/platform you are using if you are still
seeing a border in recent builds. Thanks!
