although an option is provided to sort bookmark folders by name, you cannot sort
the actual bookmarks inside the folders by name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a bookmark folder
2.add some bookmarks
3.try to sort them by name

Actual Results:  
after selecting that i wanted to view them in name order, nothing happened and
they remained in the same order

Expected Results:  
it should have listed the bookmarks in alphabetical order.
