What needs to be done here? Does Firefox-fission (as we see on vismet.arewefastyet.com) include webrender? If not, can we do this and swap it out for fission-without-webrender?

We have it running on webrender now. The dashboards might need to be updated though. :airimovici can you check to see if we need to update the dashboards?
