Updates edgechromium.py to use ms:edgeOptions as the capability name for vendor-specific options instead of goog:chromeOptions which is not supported in Edge Chromium.

This fixes the --binary and --binary-args parameters for the wpt run command which were previously being ignored for edgechromium.
