Recreated the test with Chrome vs. Fenix on a LG G4 H810 with WebRender and Warp enabled.

chrome - 2 seconds
firefox - 11 seconds

The profile shows the initial request took a long time to finish, and there are some extension usage in it as well.

Asif, can you try disable all extensions and give it a shot again?

Sorry, I forgot to disable add-ons.

I see something like ~2 seconds without uBlock Origin enabled.

I think the other problem is profiler overhead, specifically bug 1635810. That bug does not affect 32bit phones.

Sorry about the spam - I closed most of other bugs and ended up reprofiling and reopening the remaining bad sites from the video on a lower end, 32bit device - see bugs 1667248, 1667246 and 1667250.
