It'd be nice to have the original pdf to check what's wrong or not.
When printing we use the draw instructions we've in the pdf... and here they're "wrong" for this checkbox.
The rendering is exactly the same with evince.

hi,

the pdf is in attached file
I followed the procedure of the document

this is a ticket that is dependent on 1666612. The document lists a number of features that should work. The ticket shows that this is not the case.

Foxfooding: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hv3egcIlcbb1DiiG4dnyZFQkGSr4MJQ_L64UBXmzBSk/edit#

It's linked to the campaign Firefox Omnibus Foxfooding experiment

Sorry but the attached file is showing what's wrong but it isn't not the original pdf.
And about the checkbox rendering: the "issue" is exactly the same with Evince and Pdfium because the drawing instructions inside the pdf just draw the checkbox like that, so if you consider that there is really an issue there then the issue is in the pdf but not in pdf.js.
