When we disabled the feature for the 81 omnibus experiment, some of the old tests developed in Taipei threw a fit. We disabled these to see if we planned to ship. That decision has been made, so I need to get these tests enabled again in 83. I don't think we'll need to uplift to 82, Q/A can cover the feature for that release.
