I imported a profile using the profile manager.  This 4.x profile had the
following defined in it's prefs.js:

user_pref("network.proxy.http", "ruchi");
user_pref("network.proxy.http_port", 4321);

However, these settings in my 4.x profile were disabled.  (In the preference, I
had "Direct Connection" selected.)  After migration, seamonkey ignore this and
makes all http request through this proxy.

Using post m10 build.
