I need a option I can enable that will force media keys to only focus the pinned tab media session if it is available.

Steps to reproduce:

I press a media key such as play/pause or next track.

Actual results:

The last media session that was actively clicked on will play/pause or move to next.

Expected results:

If there is a pinned tab with media session associated with it (my use case would be youtube music but spotify or pandora or similar services apply) I want my media keys to only affect the pinned tab. I only ever want to use my media keys for my music player which I keep open at all times. I don't care to have my media keys affect other tabs. Obviously this feature should be an option you can enable or disable because other people will want to use this feature with the default behavior.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
