This has started recently, and I don't recall seeing this problem before.

  1. Attach a medium size image to a BMO bug
  2. click on inline preview which appears in comment to magnify the image

Actual result

  • bmo tab is darkened (ok)
  • image does not appear even after long waiting time
  • sometimes, partial image appears, but never completes

Expected result

  • show the full image
  • find better ways of pre-loading/caching existing images so that they appear faster when clicked
