If you change the UA string to Netscape 4.x it also displays correctly but if if you set it to a version of IE it doesn't which suggests the site doesn't recognise gecko based browsers and is serving up an IE version. Confirming on WinXP using BuildID 2002090415, setting OS to All -> Tech Evangelism
