Steps to reproduce:

Microsoft outlook has built-in keyboard shortcuts for fomatting actions such as

ctrl+alt+1 = format text as Heading 1 style
ctrl+alt+2= format text as Heading 2 style

Thunderbird does not have this and it would be very convenient if it did.

Actual results:

Expected results:

ctrl+alt+1 = format text as Heading 1 style
ctrl+alt+2= format text as Heading 2 style
