Steps to reproduce:

On Mac using OpenGL, we are seeing strange glitching when opening a modal window in our app. Here is a recording of the issue:

I tested this with WebRender enabled and it did not occur anymore.

Graphics card: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB

Expected results:

No glitching

The good news is most Macs are being rolled out in 82 (currently beta), so if it doesn't happen in WR, it will go away for most users shortly (except 10.16).
