I would like the possibility to see all flagged mails adove all unflagged mails
in the message list, without changing the arrangement criteria.

At the moment I can arrange the mails by flag, but within both the flagged and
unflagged group, mails are arraged by send time. I like to keep my current
arrangement, for example, by sender, and see all flagged mails arraged by sender
listed above all flagged mails arraged by sender.

In other words, the message list should be divided in two seamless, non-optical
but logical sections. Section 1: flagged mails; section 2: unflagged mails. Each
section should keep the actual arrangement criteria.

In case that mails are arraged by thread, all threads containing flagged mails
should be shown above all threads not containing flagged mails.

If implemented, we of course need a pref setting for the feature.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Mozilla Mail & News.
Actual Results:  
When arranged by sender / thread / whatever, flagged mails are spread over the
message list; when arranged by flag, flagged mails, sorted by send time, are
shown above unflagged mails, again sorted by time.

Expected Results:  
A option to show flagged mails first in message list. When activated, flagged
mails, arranged by user specified criteria, should be shown above unflagged
mails, again arranged by the given criteria.
