Starting a few days ago, Phabricator no longer shows the tree structure of dependent revisions in the Stack pane. This is fine as long as the structure is linear, as the tree would be a straight line anyway, but it makes it almost impossible to work with non-linear structures.

FWIW, Lando is still showing them.

E.g. https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D90874 has two parent revisions at the moment. Sorry, I didn't provide an example because I wasn't sure if I would edit the relationships.

This is really bad. It makes reordering revisions (which is not easy with Phabricator anyway, unfortunately) a lot harder.

...but it makes it almost impossible to work with non-linear structures.
Lando has a similar graph visualization that is still functioning, so in the mean time as a workaround you could click "View Stack in Lando" and use that to navigate the revisions.

This appears to be working now, closing the bug.
