per seth's request we need to indicate on nsISupportsArray that it will never be frozen, and that nsISimpleEnumerator or nsIArray (From bug 162115) is preferred. We also need to indicate that nsISupportsArray is absolutely forbidden from frozen interfaces.

Now that 162115 is fixed, what do we need to do here to finish the "deprecation"? Document the status of the interface as deprecated on the IDL?
