User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. I wanted to help with https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1295936
2. I wrote a comment
3. I checked "request information from" and selected "reporter"
4. I clicked "Save Changes"

Actual results:

"we're sorry, something went very wrong!". Picture: unicorn dinosaor puking rainbow.

Expected results:

Probably a user friendly error message telling me why I can't request info from a disabled account.

• I suspect that the reason this fails is because the account https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/user_profile?user_id=459079 is disabled
• I was able to submit the comment after unchecking the "request information from" box
