The first time I open Firefox, it does nothing the first time I click on a bookmark.

Steps to reproduce:

Whenever I launch Firefox for the first time after booting, the first bookmark on my bookmark toolbar I click does nothing. Nothing starts loading until I click again, then it's fine.

Firefox version 81.0.1 (64-bit)

Actual results:

After clicking any bookmark for the first time, nothing happens. The second time I click it works fine.

Expected results:

Well obviously it should go to the bookmark but it doesn't until I click again.
