All the plug-ins I have seen on any page anywhere using flash, shockwave or quicktime are incorrectly offset vertically by about 100-150 pixels (my guess, no measurment). Flash advertising banners at http://www.theregister.co.uk, quicktime movies (eg. http://www.quicktime.com) are all displaced and, for example at http://www.adobe.com, if the display window is too small to show the whole plug-in, it overspills into the status and scroll bars at the bottom of the page. I assume this is the bigger problem that causes bug 158015 as well. This is on official build 0.4
This has been resolved in the latest nightly build with QT and Flash movies.

There is still a problem with java / javascript placement (eg. the ticker on http://news.bbc.co.uk)
There is a seperate bug for java placement issues.
