Details

In version 1.1 when you close the final window the Quick Launch Icon disappears
from the system tray.  It then takes a few seconds to reappear (hourglass is
shown) and the entire O/S is slow.  I have seen this behavior with WINNT SP5 and
Windows 2K.

This behavior was not present in version 1.0
