I have verified the following using Firefox Nightly 83.0a1 (Build ID: 20201018211631) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15.6, and Ubuntu Linux 20.04 x64:

• A "WNP_PREF_TOGGLE" event with the "event_context" : "prefValue: false" is correctly displayed in the "Browser Console" after the "Notify about new features" from the "What's New" panel is toggled off.
• A "WNP_PREF_TOGGLE" event with the "event_context" : "prefValue: true" is correctly displayed in the "Browser Console" after the "Notify about new features" from the "What's New" panel is toggled on.
