In the page at http://www.tsn.ca the left had column displays incorrectly with
stripes being displayed originally through the column.  After minimizing and
maximing the stripes only occur between textboxes, and at the very top where
there are a couple of hover links.  Cliking on the textboxes repeditively will
show the effect as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.tsn.ca
2. Click on the textboxes on the left-hand side column repetediviely
3.

Actual Results:  
See stripes appearing through the column being turned off and on

Expected Results:  
No stripes should be seen
