Please add the about plugins menu item to Chimera. I don't want to type
about:plugins in the URL field when I need this information.

Adds the 'About Plugins' menu to the application menu.
Patch is .sit due to binary file in MainMenu.nib

Added "Installed Plug-Ins" item to the bottom of the Help menu.
