Details
This means the async update code for scrollbars is different from the main thread code for the same.
This might be the same as bug 1554795, or there might be more problems here besides that.

I expect bug 1554795 to have fixed this, but perhaps you can test the scenario that prompted you to file this to confirm? The fix for bug 1554795 will appear in the 2023-02-07 nightly.
