Details

A bug in GetBoundingBox was incorrectly alswys forcing the *aX and *aY to be 0
instead of the MIN of all the rectangles in the region.

Also ::Init was not emptying the region like it was in GTK and Windows...

This seems to be working and I've put enough mileage on it to think its
really fixed this time...
