Steps to reproduce:

Start PIP video and minimize the main Firefox window

Bring up window manager to allow the PIP window to be on all workspaces

Actual results:

PIP is minimized too

No option exists to allow it to be on every workspace (Chrome does something like this)

Expected results:

PIP would maintain on top regardless of main FIrefox window status

Window options should allow PIP window to be on every workspace

This is on xfwm4, happens with Ubuntu and Manjaro

Any updates on this? I have this issue on Kali Linux 2021, xfce-wm

I cannot confirm the minimizing issue (I'm on Gnome), but it would indeed be great if there was an option to have PiP on all workspaces

Right now you have to set this each time you start a new PiP, which is slightly annoying.
