1670224 - option to apply category color to whole calender item tile

Steps to reproduce:

1. create new calendar item
2. set items category to one with assigned color

Actual results:

3. category color appears as an vertical bar on the right side of the item tile

Expected results:

please add an option in preferences -> calendar to select between current behavior and a "reversed mode" where the whole tile gets the color from the category and the calender default color will be displayed as an vertical bar. This was already available with the "calender-tweaks" add-on but is not supported on more recent versions of thunerbird anymore. I think this feature is so essential that it should make it into the core.
