Steps To Reproduce:
- Put "Bookmarks Menu" widget on Navbar
- Click the widget
Actual Results:
Layout glitch of arrow panel. (Anchor seems broken).
Expected Results:
Anchor should be the widget.

Otherwise it won't position its arrow properly.

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 83.0a1 (20201010213537) on Windows 10x64.
The issue is verified fixed with Firefox 83.0b10 (20201108174701) on Windows 10x64, macOS 10.12 and Ubuntu 18.04.
