"Save link target as" - Opens twice the download manager when downloading from FTP

Details
If there is a FTP link for a file in a web page and you use the "Save link
target as" option, two Windows' "Save file as" dialogs appear, and if you press
the "OK" button in both, the download manager is opened twice (althougt the file
is downloaded once).
I'm using build 2002083108 and Win98 SE, but I discovered this in previous
builds. I could reproduce it always.
