I tried filing a bug with a link in the See Also field that was invalid (not a permissible domain.) I got the puking dino repeatedly. I hit back, removed that url on a hunch and tried again and it went right through.

The puking dino is mozilla.org-specific, so moving there unless they decide it's something upstream, since they have so much customized.

This should be fixed now. Also any URL is now allowed due to landing of bug 577847.
