This exploration is over and we will not be moving forward with the project, but it's incurring ~$90 charges every month due to SSDs, cloudsql, gcs usage, etc. We should archive everything of interest (kube manifests, etc?) and then delete the whole project.

Anna, can you think of anything that you'd want to save?
