To help users migrate and settle in to Firefox usage, we will stop creating a "From {other browser}" folder and instead just put the bookmarks in to their related place in Firefox.
We are making this change because the value of where these bookmarks came from diminishes pretty rapidly, and months to years later this folder and its name are just reminders of their former browser and will serve little value. Of course, users can still create their own folder with whatever name they choose if they wish to organize their bookmarks in this way or any other way they see fit.

The value of this wrapper folder diminishes quickly over time and its presence is just a reminder of a users former browser.
