The ds_job_id & result_set_id columns from performance_datum table are deprecated & need to be removed from the code base.
This would free up 300,000,000 * 16 bytes = 4.8 Gigabytes (vs aprox. 18 Gigabytes, the size of the entire table).
However, the entire code base still have cruft from the old usage. Meaning we need to clean the frontend, end points, background processes, test coverage & do database migration in this order.
