This looks like yet another test bug, also considering your user agent. If it's an actual issue, please file a bug providing all information on your system and how to reproduce the problem.
If it's indeed a test, please stop using Bugzilla for testing, this is not a playground, it's a production system sending emails to hundreds of people and wasting triage resources.
Your account will be disabled if you keep using it for testing purposes.
If someone asked you to file this bug as part of an assignment (e.g. college/university class), please provide information on how to get in touch with the organizers, and ask them to stop.
