Steps to reproduce:
I tried to create a new account using my email address.
Actual results:
It restricted me from creating account saying that I already have an account on this email.
Expected results:
It should have let me create a new account.

Please stop using Bugzilla for testing, this is not a playground, it's a production system sending emails to hundreds of people and wasting triage resources.
Your account will be disabled if you keep using it for testing purposes.
If someone asked you to file this bug as part of an assignment (e.g. college/university class), please provide information on how to get in touch with the organizers, and ask them to stop.
