Steps to reproduce:
Nothing. The video doesn't play.
Actual results:
Video pauses 0.5 seconds after I hit play.
Expected results:
It should play.
The same bug happens on Windows 10 machine and Ubuntu Linux.

It was the "HTML5 Video Everywhere" addon that broke Youtube.
