When I name a file title as <Japanese back slash>xxxxxx<Japanese back slash>, it will give me as "_xxxxxx_" in save file dialog.

The back slash is displayed as Yen sign on windows, but as "\" in Mac OS X and linux RH8.0.

For save file dialog as in comment #7, I can change "_" as Japanese back slash (like yen sign) in save file dialog, but I will failed to save the file. I'm not sure if back slash is a legal character for file name or not though. For page title, on windows it's displayed as Japanese back slash, but on Mac OS X and linux RH8.0, it's displayed as English back slash "\" with Japanese locale. There is no garbage displayed.
