User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/83.0.4103.116 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I launched firefox as usual. I had over 2000 tabs open
Actual results:
Firefox launched and loaded the tab i was in before, but did not let me switch tabs with my mouse. I was able to use control tab to switch, but after the first time, it stopped working. I cannot scroll through the tab list, the arrows to scroll through are missing. After restarting Firefox a few times, I was able to switch tabs sometimes and inconsistently. All my addons are missing. I was also able to close some tabs, but it was also inconsistent. It was hard for me to open google, because I couldn't use the bars on top, and when i selected text and right clicked, the "search google for" option was missing.
Expected results:
firefox works normally

More information: When I close firefox and try to reopen it too soon, the old firefox process keeps running but not responding.

Hi gedalya.aharon.l!
I was unable to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 84.0a1 (2020-10-26) on Ubuntu 18.04.
Could you please try on latest Nightly and tell us your input?. You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
Also, can you please attach the following information:
- about:support data
(Help > troubleshooting information > click "copy raw data to clipboard" button - about:memory
Enter about:memory in the URL bar and press enter
Click "Measure and save" (optionally with "anonymize" checked to hide URLs, although this will likely make it more difficult for us to figure out which site, if any, is causing the leak)
Save the memory report somewhere and Attach the report to this bug
I'll set the component to have a starting point for this issue. Please if it is not the right component feel free to change it.
Thank you!

Hi,
I'm marking this as Resolved-Incomplete due to lack of response. If the issue is still reproducible with the latest Firefox version, feel free to reopen the bug with more information.
Thanks,
