Saw this on both branch/trunk builds on osx Using commercial trunk 20020906 on OS 10.1.5 If you have at least 4 accounts and you go to Edit|Mail&Newsgroup account settings. You expand all the accounts, then click on scroll bar arrows to go up/down. If you click on down arrow and hold it down, the display of the accounts kind of drags and doesn't smoothly display them. Its like scroll bar is going up/down faster than the ui can display the accounts. I don't see this if I go to the other Preferences panel and do the same thing.

This worksforme with a recent nightly on mac, can probably be resolved.
