When I compose a new message it is fine.
When I compose a new message and save to draft and then edit it a ">" is put in
front of the last line of my signature.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.compose a new message
2.save to draft
3.open the message to edit it

Actual Results:  
the last line of the signature has ">" added to the front.

Expected Results:  
The signature should be exactly what is in the file.

57800 was resolved as dup of bug 112986. Bug 112986 comment 18 indicates that
the fix was checked in on Nov. 12th around 16:25 PST. Which is likely later than
the build you use. Can you try a newer build?

Ahh. I wonder if this is a dup of bug 110389, where the "From"-word triggers >

Tested a sig with "From" and another with "Frim":
The one with a "From" got a bogus quote markup. The identical signature with
"Frim" instead of "From" was not quoted. Resolving as dup.
