Upgrade from Firefox 82b9 to Firefox 83b1

Actual results:

Extensions popups are blank

Expected results:

Extensions popups should show the content correctly

I am encountering the same issue. For me it is intermittent and only occurs with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 in the environment. Closing and re-opening the popup repeatedly will work or not work seemingly randomly. The issue appears to occur more frequently if the popup layout is more complicated. uBlock Origin was a useful test.

Based on mozregression, it looks like the issue was a regression by Bug 1669239 and this is a duplicate of Bug 1672139.
