Since bug 1659187, the system symbols cron (https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/25d5a4443a7e13cfa58eff38f1faa5e69f0b170f/.cron.yml#291-299) decision task is optimizing out the system-symbols-* and system-symbols-*-upload-symbols tasks:
