+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1672740 +++
Bug 1607940 started running Talos tests with WebGL overe IPC enabled, however there's no way in Perfherder to distinguish these results from the regular WebGL results. As with bug 1672740, we should add 'webgl-ipc' to the extraOptions in the Perfherder JSON to distinguish these results.

It appears that bug 1661328 introduced the mixed results on macOS.
