actual result
Steps to reproduce:
- Run Nightly 84.0a1 (2020-10-22) (64-bit) with clean profile, on macOS, with HiDPI env
- open the attached file
Actual result:
there's red thin border around the rounded corner
Expected result:
the page shows nothing but green
This doesn't happen if background-repeat: no-repeat; rule is removed from the testcase
