Cert viewer fallback to last DN entry does not correctly extract entry value leading to "(unknown)" being used when we have better labels

bug 1659293 fixed the tab having no label at all, but now it has "(unknown)" and we do in fact have an OU label that would work better.
The reason is that I screwed up my switch away from .pop to .slice() before landing, and miraculously didn't break any tests in the process.
