The plus signs indicate items that expand to show more links. The mousover shows
the proper message but clicking on the plus sign or the link produces no
response. IE5 works on the these items and expands to show more links.

The page source shows the following html, but I am no expert to figure out this one.

Actual Results:  
No response.

Expected Results:  
Expanded to show more links.
