Steps to reproduce

1. On any page, open the inspector
2. Move your mouse to a node at the bottom of the markup view
3. Once the highlighter for the node is displayed, move your mouse very fast to the top so it ends up in the content page

Expected results

The highlighter goes away, and there is no other highlighter displayed

Actual results

Sometimes, an highlighter will be displayed, that would only disappear if you move the mouse back to the markup view and move away.

Bug 1680931 fixes this. Technically, it's a duplicate of this, but it already includes a patch so I will close this bug in favor of that one.

Run Firefox Nightly 85 and it's already applied.
It will reach Firefox Beta 85 starting next week.
