Note
- When the user joins a WebRTC conference in a web-app (like whereby.com), he will notice that the "Picture-in-Picture Toggle" control is displayed as mirrored, just like the shared own camera.
Affected versions

Steps to reproduce
- Join a whereby.com video conference.
- Accept the camera and microphone permission door-hangers.
- Hover with the cursor over the own camera feed.
Expected result
- The PiP Toggle is correctly displayed.
Actual result
- The PiP Toggle is displayed as mirrored.
