This will be more important for Fission, but it's good practice in general.

Tracking for Fission Future. This would be nice-to-have but doesn't block Fission MVP.

We would like to block all X11 calls from Fission content processes (because Fission will have many more content processes than e10s and can hit a fatal X11 connection limit). But Linux Nouveau users need X11 in their content processes because they can't use WebGL remoting (due to Nouveau crash bug 1671054). So auto-closing unused connections would help reduce the chance Nouveau users would hit the fatal X11 connection limit with Fission.
