167453 - Error dialog box appears every time I open Mozilla

Every time I open mozilla I get a dialog with this text:
"Configuration warning
An error occured reading the startup configuration file.
Please contact your administrator.
line 70: SyntaxError: illegal character"

I click OK and browse w/mozilla - it seems to work OK.
I get the box every time I open  and start mozilla.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install mozilla, minimal, browser only 
2. click Icon/shortcut on my desktop to open
3.

Actual Results:  
I get the dialog box described above in "Details"

sounds like a configuration file got screwed up. can you try with a new profile
and a newer version of mozilla and see if it works? if so, please resolve this
bug as WORKSFORME. if not, please comment again with details. thanks.
